Job Overview

This role is a key contributor to our software development team, providing full-time support for our Payroll product and assisting US customers.

The successful candidate will troubleshoot and fix bugs, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and contribute to developing new software features.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Investigate, identify, and fix software bugs reported by clients
  • Provide timely technical support to clients within the US time zone
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address client issues and improve software performance
  • Document bug fixes and troubleshooting methods for future reference
  • Help in developing new software features
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or related major
  • 5+ years of working experience in application development
  • Proficiency in one of the following NodeJS frameworks: ExpressJS or NestJS
  • Proficiency in ReactJS
  • Experience building scalable systems and test-driven CI/CD; commitment to quality software development
  • Experience with SQL databases
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS
  • Strong programming principles and design patterns
  • Keeps up with latest technological trends and continuously improves productivity
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Willing to work following the US time zone
  • High-speed and stable internet connection (at least 50 Mbps); document speed test results and computer specs
  • Willing to attend occasional meetings in Metro Manila
