Telecommunications Associate

Are you looking for a challenging role in customer service? We have an exciting opportunity for a Telecommunications Associate to join our team at Talent Outsourcing Channel Solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle incoming calls from customers, addressing their inquiries and resolving complaints related to our organization's products or services.
  • Provide information and troubleshoot issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to achieve customer satisfaction and resolve complex issues.
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including call handling time and customer satisfaction ratings.
Requirements:
  • A High School Graduate (old curriculum) or Senior High School Graduate (new Curriculum).
  • Above average English communication skills.
  • With or without BPO Experience.
  • Good computer navigation skills on multiple systems.
  • Typing speed of 25-30 WPM.
