Key Responsibilities
  • Compile evidence, data, and research to facilitate effective advisory operations.
  • Develop workflows, create broker handovers, and analyze financial statements & tax returns.
  • Research market trends, regulatory changes; compile weekly intelligence reports; coordinate valuations with lenders.
  • Manage timelines, follow up on disputes and reorders, and provide clear summaries and presentation materials from templates.
  • Support cross-team collaboration and maintain a reference database for future use.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Mortgage industry knowledge – rates, products, lending criteria.
  • Credit assessment proficiency – reports, scoring, serviceability calculations.
  • Financial analysis skills – statements, tax returns, complex income structures.
  • Regulatory compliance – NCCP, responsible lending, and related standards.
  • Technical: Quickli platform expertise; Broker Engine proficiency; advanced Excel/Sheets; robust research methodology.
  • Communication: professional written communication; cross-team collaboration; presentation capabilities.
