Role Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and organized Executive Administrative Assistant to join our team at Midfield Enterprises. This is an exciting opportunity to support our real estate operations and contribute to the growth and success of our company.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional administrative support to the executive team, including making and receiving calls, conducting phone lookups, and managing emails and calendars.
  • Prepare documents, perform data entry, and generate reports as needed, maintaining high accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Coordinate with clients, vendors, and team members to ensure smooth administrative operations and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Maintain accurate and organized records, ensuring seamless administrative workflows.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as assigned by the management team, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
Qualifications:
  • At least 1-2 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or Administrative Assistant.
  • Excellent knowledge of real estate terminology and processes.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with colleagues and external partners.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines, while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and other relevant software, with the ability to learn new systems quickly.
  • Able to work independently in a remote setting, with minimal supervision.
