About This Role

  • This leadership position oversees the entire store, ensuring a safe and well-maintained environment while optimizing staffing through effective manpower planning.
  • The successful candidate will collaborate with the Director of Operations to develop strategies for budget management, revenue forecasting, and cost control, driving financial performance and exceptional service.
  • A proven track record of leadership experience, specifically in fine dining concepts or hospitality and hotel backgrounds, is essential for this role.
  • The ideal candidate will have at least 8 years of experience currently in a similar role with leadership experience and be able to uphold the highest level of standards in this fine dining environment.

Responsibilities

  • Recruit, train, and manage managers and staff effectively.
  • Maintain high standards of customer service and compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Drive financial performance through strategic budgeting and forecasting.
