Mixology Specialist

We are looking for a skilled Mixology Specialist to join our team at Filinvest Group. As a Mixology Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests while ensuring the quality of food and beverage presentation.

Key Areas:

1. Restaurant Operations: Ensure seamless execution of restaurant operations, maintaining high standards of food and beverage quality, cleanliness, and safety.

2. Human Resource Management: Foster a positive work environment by leading, developing, and motivating staff members to achieve their full potential.

3. Financial Responsibilities: Accurately manage cash handling, control inventory levels, and maintain records of sales and revenue.

4. Occupational Health and Safety: Promote a safe working environment by adhering to health and safety protocols, reporting incidents promptly, and conducting regular risk assessments.

5. Other duties as assigned: Participate in cross-functional teams to drive business growth and stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.

Salary Range: PHP 40,000 - PHP 60,000 per month (depending on experience)
