We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Team Manager to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing a team of contact center agents, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver outstanding customer experiences.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Manage a team of 20 contact center agents, providing coaching and guidance to ensure they meet performance targets.
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance agent skills and knowledge.
- Monitor customer interactions to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed.
- Work closely with management to identify and escalate risks that may impact the business.
**Requirements:**
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in contact center operations management.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
