We are seeking a highly skilled Team Leader with healthcare experience to join our team at RecruiterPH. As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading a team of customer service associates and ensuring they meet the team's SLA and KPIs.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead a team of 12-20 customer service associates and motivate them to achieve the team's SLA and KPIs.
- Conduct regular floorwalks to supervise, coordinate, and monitor the activities of customer service associates.
- Ensure prompt, courteous, and accurate response to customers and maintain an efficient and qualitative operation.
- Develop and implement strategies to minimize attrition and absenteeism.
- Organize training programs for associates and interact with other departments to resolve issues and inquiries.
- Hold team briefings and de-briefings, and organize weekly team meetings to update associates on process changes and quality issues.
- 1-2 years of supervisory experience or 3-4 years of experience as an associate.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel.
- Strong organizational, planning, and analytical skills.
- Basic arithmetic and statistical skills for data analysis and report generation.
- Problem-solving skills and ability to handle escalations and grievances.
- Min 1 year as Process Leader.
We offer a competitive salary package, including a maximum basic salary of 45,000 + 2,000 allowance. If you are a motivated and experienced Team Leader with healthcare experience, please apply to this role.
