Lead User Experience Architect

We are seeking a talented and experienced Lead User Experience Architect to join our team.

As a key member of our design department, you will be responsible for shaping the future of digital sales journeys by collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to uncover high-leverage opportunities and turn them into user-centered experiences.

You will have the autonomy to make a meaningful impact, designing with clarity and care, prototyping with conviction, and driving business outcomes through data-driven decision making.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to design and develop intuitive, human-centered experiences that solve real problems.
  • Develop prototypes to align leaders, shape strategy, and turn uncertainty into direction.
  • Design for impact, creating experiences that move the needle for both users and the business.
  • Set and raise the bar for quality, pushing yourself and others to deliver at a high standard.
Requirements
  • 4–6+ years of user experience architecture experience (B2B SaaS preferred).
  • A strong portfolio showcasing UX depth and UI excellence.
  • High standards of craft, turning insight into compelling experiences.
  • Prototyping expertise, exploring, aligning, and selling the future faster than words alone can.
  • Experience with design systems and comfortable critiquing a DS.
  • Strong storytelling skills, making complex ideas simple and inspiring.
  • Excellent English and async communication skills, reliable time overlap.
