Job Title

Software Engineering Lead

Description

The successful candidate will lead the development of complex software solutions using Microsoft Power Platform, including PowerApps, Power Automate, and PowerBI.

Key responsibilities include designing, developing, and testing software applications, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and providing technical expertise to drive business outcomes.

This role requires a deep understanding of software development life cycle methodologies, agile application development, and service management tools such as ServiceNow.

The ideal candidate will have experience in Application development, design, and integration, as well as strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Power Apps, Power Automate, and/or Power BI
  • Strong presentation, interpersonal, and communication skills
  • Expertise knowledge in SDLC and Service Management tools (ex. ServiceNow)
  • Experience in Application development, design, and integration
  • Analytical/Problem Solving – able to discover problems and issues before they occur; thinks logically to resolve complex issues
  • Self-Driven – responds to challenging priorities with a sense of urgency and pace
