Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience:
    At least 8-10 years of experience in L&D, with a focus on program design, delivery, and evaluation.
  • Skills & Competencies:
    • Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
    • Proven ability to design and deliver effective L&D programs and initiatives.
    • Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
    • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
    • Exposure to learning technologies, software, and platforms is a plus.
