Job Description

As a Merchandise Assistant - Grocery Handling Specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring that each customer receives exceptional service. Your primary responsibility will be to bag groceries following defined procedures while maintaining a methodical work area. You will also be responsible for communicating with co-workers and customers, maintaining high standards consistent with the Front End expectations, and performing prompt goods pick-up service. Additionally, you will assist customers moving shopping carts and baggage to the parking lot, collect shopping carts from the parking lot, and return them to the store, as well as correspond with customer requests to management.

Required Skills and Qualifications

\A High School Graduate with experience being an advantage. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential for this role. You should be able to effectively communicate with co-workers and customers to provide exceptional service. The ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment is also crucial.
