Job Title

We are seeking a highly skilled software engineer to join our platform team and help us scale our infrastructure.

This is a key role and ideal for someone who thinks strategically, enjoys high-pace environments, passionate about owning product decisions and has experience building and scaling complex engineering systems.

  • Building, owning and reporting on the performance of complex end-to-end systems
  • Actively participating in product decisions and refining the product roadmap
  • Working with the platform team to provide universal architecture and experience across our products

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Experience building and maintaining large scale products and working both backend and frontend
  • Systems thinking, including the ability to think at a high level about end-to-end systems involving multiple products and 3rd party services
  • The ability to work quickly to generate ideas and options and know how to decide which things can ship now and what things need time
  • Focus and the ability to engage or be heads down in a busy, remote team environment
  • Collaboration skills, including the ability to inspire, play and negotiate with opinionated designers, marketers and PMs
  • Familiarity with our tech stack, including NodeJS, ReactJS and TypeScript, with experience in Java, Go and Python also desirable
