Visual Artist Role

This position focuses on creating visually compelling graphics, illustrations, and layouts for digital platforms such as social media, websites, email marketing, and traditional media like print, packaging, and promotional materials.

As a Visual Artist, you will be responsible for developing original artwork that aligns with brand guidelines, interpreting client briefs, concepts, and ideas to create effective visual communication.

Key Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in graphic design with a strong portfolio demonstrating work for eCommerce or consumer brands.
  • Proven ability to create designs that convert in online retail environments with an understanding of customer journeys and sales funnels.
  • Proficiency in illustration techniques including drawing, sketching, and digital painting.
  • Strong skills in layout design, typography, branding, and composition.
  • Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and Canva.
  • Familiarity with Shopify (for storefront asset design and optimization) and Klaviyo (for EDM template design and campaign visuals) is highly desirable.
Core Responsibilities
  • Interpret client briefs, concepts, and ideas to develop original artwork that communicates the desired message effectively.
  • Create visually appealing graphics, illustrations, and layouts for use across digital platforms and traditional media.
  • Design and produce marketing collateral to support campaigns, product launches, and eCommerce promotions.
  • Work closely with marketing, eCommerce, and content teams to ensure creative assets drive engagement, conversions, and brand consistency.
  • Develop templates and design systems that streamline campaign execution and maintain a cohesive brand look and feel.
  • Adapt designs across multiple channels including Shopify storefronts, Klaviyo EDMs, paid ads, and social media platforms.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality output.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry design trends, tools, and best practices particularly in the eCommerce and digital marketing space.
