Inventory Control Specialist

Job Description:

Newcore Industries International Incorporated is seeking an experienced Inventory Control Specialist to join our team. As an Inventory Control Specialist, you will be responsible for the coordination and management of inventory levels within the warehouse.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inventory Management: Develop and implement effective inventory control systems and practices to ensure accurate tracking and management of inventory levels.
• Warehouse Operations: Coordinate the receipt, storage, and shipment of finished products throughout the warehouse.
• Stock Checks: Perform regular stock checks to identify any discrepancies or issues, and report these to the supervisor.
• Inventory Reports: Provide regular inventory reports to management to ensure that inventory levels are up-to-date and accurate.
• Cycle Counts: Conduct regular cycle counts to verify the accuracy of inventory levels.
• Supply Chain Coordination: Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and products.
• Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and productivity.
• Communication: Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders, including Procurement and other departments, to ensure seamless inventory management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in inventory management or a related field.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and inventory management software.
