Client Integration Specialist

This role plays a pivotal part in integrating clients into TaxDome and related systems while ensuring seamless compliance with tax, bookkeeping, and licensing requirements.
Key responsibilities include managing the onboarding process, collecting and documenting all necessary information, and implementing workflow automations within TaxDome.
Core Responsibilities:- Onboard new clients by collecting and verifying their information and maintaining accurate records.
- Develop and maintain automation workflows to streamline processes.
- Assign and manage tasks for bookkeepers and tax preparers, ensuring timely completion and meeting deadlines.
- Provide training to staff members on TaxDome features, updates, and best practices.
- Prepare and file Power of Attorney documents as needed.
- Communicate with payroll and bookkeeping teams regarding client updates and new additions.
- Collaborate with CPAs to determine QuickBooks setup and facilitate communication with relevant departments.
- Respond to client inquiries via email or portal and schedule appointments.
- Conduct regular check-in calls with clients to provide updates and foster strong relationships.
- Coordinate between clients, bookkeepers, and tax preparers to clarify questions and gather necessary documents.
- Maintain accurate contact records for clients in TaxDome.
Additionally, this position requires monitoring state deadlines, bookkeeping, tax returns, license renewals, and LLC renewals to ensure comprehensive compliance.
