Web Content Specialist Role

We're seeking a highly skilled professional to lead our web content operations, ensuring impactful and engaging customer experiences.

This role involves creating high-quality web content, working collaboratively with cross-functional teams, and driving digital content excellence.

The successful candidate will have expertise in managing localization workflows, performing end-to-end QA, and implementing content updates while maintaining accurate navigation elements.

  1. Critical Responsibilities:
  2. Design, develop, and deploy web content using industry-leading tools and platforms
  3. Manage localization workflows for multilingual content, ensuring cultural relevance and accuracy
  4. Perform rigorous end-to-end QA, ensuring design fidelity, responsiveness, accessibility, and analytics validation
  5. Maintain documentation, templates, and reusable page skeletons to accelerate future launches

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in content management using industry-standard tools
  • 2+ years of experience designing and developing web pages from wireframes or briefs
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality content, with a focus on precision and attention to detail
  • Familiarity with B2B content funnels, including blogs, pillar pages, gated assets, and UTM conventions
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
