About the Role

This is a supervisory position that oversees the work of others.


Job Responsibilities
  • Reviewing and providing feedback on the work of colleagues.
  • Developing innovative approaches to improve processes and outcomes.
  • Serving as a key resource for complex and critical issues.

Requirements
  • Active mainland USRN license with a minimum of 2 years' experience in ER/Med-Surg/Critical Care Units or at least 1.5 years of experience in claims clinical reviews.
  • Ability to anticipate customer needs and develop solutions to meet them.
  • Leadership and mentoring skills are essential for this role.
