Job Title: Business Development Executive

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized individual to join our team as a Business Development Executive. This role involves managing cold outreach efforts, driving new business opportunities, and collaborating with our Creative Director to generate high-quality leads.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify potential business opportunities.
  • Develop and implement effective email campaigns to engage prospects and drive conversions.
  • Analyze and track response rates, optimizing outreach strategies to improve engagement and conversion metrics.
Requirements:
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple outreach campaigns simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace (Gmail, Docs, Sheets, and Calendar).
  • A proactive and self-motivated approach to managing tasks and deadlines.
  • Excellent written communication skills for crafting and optimizing email templates.
  • Basic understanding of sales processes and client relationship management.
  • A high level of attention to detail to ensure accuracy in tracking leads and client information.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to liaise effectively with prospects and internal teams.
  • A collaborative attitude, working seamlessly with our Creative Director and Salesteam.

  • Ability to analyze outreach performance and suggest improvements.
  • Adaptability to handle repetitive tasks, such as database management, with efficiency and focus.

  • Previous experience in sales, lead generation, or business development.
  • Familiarity with email automation tools or outreach platforms.
  • Background in conducting online research and organizing data.
Working Conditions:
  • This is a full-time permanent position, working 45 hours a week.
  • You'll collaborate directly with our Creative Director and other internal team members to deliver new sales prospects.
  • This role is fully remote, requiring candidates to have a reliable internet connection and a suitable setup for on-camera meetings.
