Job Overview:

We're looking for a Sourcing Associate to join our team in Cubao, Quezon City. This role involves building candidate networks through various sourcing techniques and working effectively with our internal and external partners.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Engage with applicants and respond to initial inquiries and concerns through our social media and other platforms.
  2. Manage applicant job submissions and track progress.
  3. Source and generate candidate leads to meet current hiring requirements.
  4. Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to meet partner requirements.
  5. Conduct and request tests needed for hiring.
  6. Identify opportunities to improve the recruiting process.
  7. Represent IntouchCX at job fairs and hiring events.
  8. Create and host various promotions and activities to attract top talent.
  9. Promote recruiting efforts through job portals, social media, and other tools.
  10. Foster strong relationships with internal employees to support our recruitment goals.

Requirements:

  • A college degree or certificate (preferred) or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
  • Minimum 1 year experience in BPO Recruitment/Sourcing.
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changes.
  • High level of accuracy and attention-to-detail when handling multiple tasks.
  • The ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels and diverse backgrounds.
  • A creative and resourceful approach to finding the right candidates.
  • Excellent organizational skills to manage competing priorities.
  • Ability to work shifts, holidays, and weekends as required.
