We are seeking a skilled marketer to oversee our organic social media presence and influencer marketing program. This is a full-time contract position structured as a monthly retainer.

The ideal candidate will have 4-6+ years of experience managing brand social media and influencer programs, with a proven track record of growing followers and engagement across platforms.

You will be responsible for developing and executing a content calendar that supports brand and business priorities, creating high-performing content that grows audience and increases engagement, and building and maintaining a community aligned with our voice, values, and vision.

Influencer Marketing plays a key role in promoting our brand and products to potential customers. We seek an expert who can manage influencer partnerships end-to-end, from outreach to performance tracking.

Responsibilities include:

  • ">
  • Owning strategy and execution across Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and other organic channels">
  • Developing and managing a rolling content calendar that supports brand and business priorities">
  • Concept, writing, shooting, and editing content, including short-form video and original graphics">
  • Writing clear, engaging, and on-brand copy that brings our voice and content pillars to life">
  • Responding to comments and mentions, engaging with aligned brands and creators to build community">
  • Tracking performance and reporting regularly; using insights to inform what's next">
  • Continuously surfacing ideas, testing them, and adjusting based on what the data shows">
  • Identifying and engaging influencers and creators aligned with our brand and mission">
  • Negotiating mutually beneficial terms, starting with product seeding and growing into paid collaborations">
  • Managing influencer partnerships end-to-end: outreach, contracting, briefing, asset review, and performance tracking">
  • Ensuring influencer content aligns with marketing campaigns and delivers ROI">
  • Maintaining a clear, organized system for tracking outreach, activations, and results">
