Company Overview:

We are looking for a highly skilled Sales Business Development Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our sales department, you will be responsible for achieving sales targets, identifying business opportunities, and building strong relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve monthly sales targets set by management through effective sales strategies and techniques.
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop plans to pursue them.
  • Bid on sales negotiations, product presentations, and other corporate requirements.
  • Conduct after-sales services to promote good customer relationships.
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond promptly to client inquiries and concerns.
  • Assist in store programs and goals for corporate sales activities.
  • Maintain confidentiality of client information and adhere to company policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in sales and business development.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
