Speech and Language Therapist Role

GROW is seeking a Speech and Language Therapist to work with students in an academic setting. This is a challenging opportunity for professionals who want to make a positive impact on people's lives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments of students' communication skills to diagnose speech and language disorders.
  • Work closely with families, physicians, and teachers to develop effective treatment plans that meet the unique needs of each student.
  • Utilize evidence-based therapies, combined with innovative techniques, to provide high-quality care.
  • Provide educational support to students and their families about speech disorders and available treatment options.
  • Evaluate patient progress and adjust therapy programs as needed to ensure optimal results.
Requirements
  • A degree in speech therapy or speech-language pathology.
  • Relevant licensure (RSLP) and training certifications.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in the field.
  • An excellent understanding of speech-related disorders and treatments.
  • Superb relationship-building, resourcefulness, and problem-solving skills.
Remuneration Package
  • A competitive salary range of 45,000 to 60,000 PHP.
  • The package includes mandatory benefits, health insurance, and paid leave.
Hiring Process
  • A total of 3 interviews will be conducted: phone screening, initial interview, and final interview.
