Job Title: Experienced Tax Manager

Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Tax Manager to lead our team, ensuring high-quality service delivery and fostering a collaborative work environment. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing the tax team, managing client relationships, and driving business growth.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare complex tax returns using Ultra Tax software
  • Review and analyze individual and business tax returns prepared by staff members
  • Provide expert tax planning insights and recommendations to clients
  • Manage engagement scope, deadlines, and budgets to ensure timely completion of projects
  • Supervise and train tax accountants to improve their skills and knowledge
  • Communicate effectively with clients regarding complex tax issues and deliverables
  • Identify and resolve technical tax issues, involving senior management when necessary
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • CPA license and Master of Taxation degree required
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in tax management, including review responsibilities
  • Proficiency in Ultra Tax and related tax preparation software
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with ability to manage multiple engagements
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail
