About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Data Scientist to join our team and lead our AI research and development efforts in Natural Language Processing & Voice. This is a unique opportunity to work with a talented team of data scientists and contribute to creating innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their needs and objectives, identifying opportunities to leverage AI and domain expertise to drive efficiency and enhance customer experience.
  • Lead technology development for AI research experimentation and innovative prototype development, working closely with cross-functional teams of data scientists, engineers, and subject matter experts.
  • Manage and oversee AI projects within your domain, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
  • Foster a culture of innovation and knowledge sharing within the AI team, staying up-to-date on the latest advancements in AI research and development.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert in AI, providing guidance, consultation, and collaboration across the bank.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in a field related to AI and Data Science, such as Computer Science, Statistics, Data Engineering, Applied Mathematics, etc.
  • Proficiency in Python for data science tasks, familiarity with machine learning frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn.
  • Ability to manage and provision cloud services on platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP, proficiency in SQL and experience with NoSQL databases.
  • Data visualization tools such as Matplotlib, Seaborn, or Plotly, familiarity with analytics tools used for dashboarding such as PowerBI or Tableau.
  • Proficiency in version control systems like Git, effectively communicating and collaborating with stakeholders.
