Responsibilities
  • To develop and execute a comprehensive cybersecurity strategy aligned with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
  • Lead threat intelligence, monitoring, incident response, and mitigation strategies to protect against evolving cyber risks.
  • Oversee security assessments, penetration testing, and vulnerability management programs to identify and address risks proactively.
  • Implement and enhance security architectures, tools, and technologies to strengthen our cybersecurity posture.
  • Evaluate and ensure adherence to global and local cybersecurity regulations, industry standards, and best practices.
  • Foster a strong security culture by engaging with stakeholders, conducting training, and driving cybersecurity initiatives across the organization.
  • Collaborate with IT, risk management, legal, and business teams to align security strategies with operational needs.
Requirements & Qualifications
  • Extensive experience across all cybersecurity domains, including Threat Management, Testing & Assessment, Engineering, Governance, and Security Advocacy.
  • Proven leadership in designing and implementing enterprise-wide cybersecurity frameworks.
  • Strong understanding of cybersecurity laws, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Must hold active and relevant cybersecurity certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CISA, CEH, OSCP, or equivalent).
  • Excellent stakeholder management, crisis handling, and risk mitigation skills.
  • Experience in a senior leadership role within a complex and dynamic organization.
