Senior UI/UX Designer Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Senior UI/UX Designer to join our team on a part-time basis. The opportunity exists to transition to a full-time role in the future.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to comprehend user requirements and transform them into impactful designs.
  • Create and prototype user interfaces for web applications, ensuring alignment with brand identity and product goals.
  • Conduct UX research and usability testing to gather feedback and inform design decisions.
  • Conceptualize and produce wireframes, user flows, mockups, and high-fidelity designs.
  • Optimize designs for accessibility, responsiveness, and performance wherever possible.
  • Stay current with UI/UX design trends and best practices, particularly leveraging AI to enhance products.
  • Work closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • At least 3 years of professional experience as a UI/UX Designer or related field.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing web design projects, including user research and understanding of design processes.
  • Proficiency in using Figma and managing design systems.
  • A solid grasp of user-centered design principles and usability best practices.
  • Basic knowledge of front-end development (HTML/CSS) to communicate effectively with developers.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Proficiency in English as we are a remote international team.
  • Strong attention to detail and a passion for creating exceptional user experiences.
  • Experience using AI apps/tools to create or communicate ideas, wireframes, designs, and prototypes with tools like Figma Make, Uizard, Lovable, Replit, Bolt, Cursor, or similar.
Bonus Skills:
  • Experience designing SaaS platforms or enterprise applications is beneficial.
  • Experience with designing visuals like graphs, tools, or dashboards for developers and technical users.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms or Kubernetes.
