**Job Summary**

An SAP S/4HANA Transportation Management (TM) consultant is responsible for delivering business and functional support for the SAP TM module.

  • Provide functional and business support for the SAP Transportation Management (TM) module.
  • Analyze gaps in current business processes and configurations, and recommend appropriate solutions and delta designs.
  • Develop functional and technical specifications for SAP TM solutions.
  • Perform system configuration and implementation for Transportation Management processes.
  • Lead testing efforts, troubleshoot issues, and resolve defects within the SAP TM context.
  • Facilitate workshops and training sessions with clients, which may involve international travel.

Qualifications

A Bachelor's degree in a related field is required. At least 2 years of experience as an SAP TM functional consultant are needed. Strong understanding of SAP TM processes and their integration with other SAP modules (e.g., FI, CO, etc.) is essential. Experience with end-to-end project implementation is an advantage. Willingness and ability to travel internationally for client workshops and responsibilities are also necessary.

Key Skills

Strong verbal and written communication skills are required. Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities are also necessary. Ability to work effectively under pressure with minimal supervision is essential. A flexible, proactive, and collaborative team player is desired.
