Job Summary:

This is a leadership role that oversees the distribution and dispatching of deliveries. The ideal candidate will have experience in warehouse management, logistics, or supply chain operations and possess strong time management skills to ensure timely dispatch and delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for checking of actual items for delivery versus sales invoice and delivery receipts.
  • In charge of the distribution and dispatching of deliveries, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of goods to customers.
  • Effectively allocate resources, including vehicles and manpower requirements.
  • Monitors the status of delivery and provides feedback to the team.
  • Coordinates with the team to plan and maximize delivery routes.
  • Oversight of compliance with regulations, safety standards, and company policies and procedures.
  • Provides guidance and support to staff, identifying development needs and opportunities for growth.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: At least 1-3 years of experience in warehouse management, logistics, or supply chain operations.
  • Skills:
  • Familiarity with transportation regulations and safety standards.
  • Knowledge of supply chain management principles and practices.
  • Strong time management skills to ensure timely dispatch and delivery.
  • Ability to identify and resolve problems quickly and efficiently.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to interact effectively with drivers, customers, and other stakeholders.
  • Leadership skills to motivate teams and delegate tasks effectively.
