Digital Marketing Specialist Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. As a key player in driving business growth, you will be responsible for blending data with creativity to achieve exceptional results in this high-impact role.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Paid Advertising: You will be responsible for developing and implementing paid advertising strategies using Google Ads, including Performance Max (PMAX), Shopping, and Search Campaigns.
  • Shopify Management: You will work closely with Shopify to manage and maintain store appearance, troubleshoot issues, and resolve customer/order problems.
  • SEO and Organic Traffic Growth: You will be responsible for improving organic traffic, keyword rankings, clicks, and CTR through hands-on experience with tools like Semrush, Google Search Console, and Bing Webmaster Tools.
  • Email Marketing & Automation: You will develop and implement email marketing campaigns using platforms like Klaviyo, creating engaging emails, reviewing copy/design, and suggesting improvements based on brand guidelines.
Requirements:
  • At least 2–5 years of digital marketing experience, preferably in DTC or eCommerce.
  • Strong foundational knowledge of Google Ads, particularly PMAX, Shopping, and Search Campaigns.
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics, GTM, Semrush, and Google Search Console.
  • Able to write compelling ad copy, perform keyword research, and analyze campaign data to improve ROI.
  • Familiarity with Meta Ads is a plus.
