About the Job Description

This role involves performing a variety of duties to help the team get the right candidates. Some of your main responsibilities will be:

  • Handling sourcing channels such as employee referrals, job portals, and other external branding activities.
  • Conducting phone screenings or initial interviews.
  • Scheduling applicants.
  • Delivering quality candidates to operations and shared services.

You will also be responsible for updating databases, tools, trackers, and system/process documentations in real-time.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A college graduate degree in Psychology, Humanities/Liberal Arts, Human Resource Management, or equivalent.
  • A minimum of 6 months experience within the talent acquisition field in a BPO setup handling sourcing or recruitment processes.
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Literacy in various MSO applications: Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision and multitask.
  • Well-organized, with keen attention to detail.
