Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Web Consultant to provide exceptional support to our clients, handle their inquiries and requests in a timely manner, and identify solutions to improve their online presence.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be proactive, and able to multitask with ease. They will also have a strong understanding of web design principles, website content management, and internet-related products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist clients through the website production process until their website is launched
  • Act as a bridge between clients and our team
  • Ensure projects remain within scope
  • Report progress to clients on a regular basis
  • Proactively make suggestions to clients on how to improve their online presence
  • Design homepages, inner pages, and custom requests in collaboration with clients
  • Maintain excellent customer relationships
Requirements:
  • Background in customer support with at least 1 year experience servicing customers in North America
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills with a neutral accent
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines
  • Great analytical and innovative problem-solving skills
  • Experience with Salesforce and website content management systems is a plus
