About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Development Director to join our team at Potato Corner. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing business strategies that align with our company vision.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement business strategies in close coordination with the Executive Committee and Strategy Committee.
  • Market Expansion: Direct the Business Development team in site selection and optimization of property assets.
  • Build strong relationships with franchise partners and their key management team.
  • Flourish a network of business connections and establish a presence within the leasing and real estate community.
  • Standards: Institute internal safeguards on funds, assets, and company properties.
  • Workforce Engagement: Assist in employee selection, hiring, training, placement, movement, rewards, and recognition.

Requirements:

  • At least five years' experience in the Restaurant Business Development field, with three years in a similar capacity (Director).
  • Graduate of a 4-year business course, preferably Business Management, Marketing, Economics, or Accounting.
  • Able to travel up to 50% of the time.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel).
  • Business oriented and an effective team player.
  • Self-motivated with excellent work ethics and high interpersonal and communication skills.
