**Job Description:**

The Station Head is responsible for the overall management of our petroleum station, encompassing all operational aspects. Key duties include:

• Managing station personnel, including training and performance evaluation
• Maintaining inventory levels and ensuring efficient supply chain management
• Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations
• Providing excellent customer service and building strong relationships with customers
