Job Summary

The Email Marketing Strategist is responsible for developing and implementing data-driven marketing strategies tailored to client needs, ensuring a positive client experience and maximizing campaign performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Collaborate with clients to understand their business objectives and requirements.
  2. Develop and execute targeted email, SMS, and retention marketing campaigns.
  3. Communicate key insights and reports on campaign performance.
  4. Maintain strong relationships with clients to drive overall satisfaction and loyalty.
  5. Work closely with the Client Strategy Manager to manage multiple client accounts.
  6. Ensure seamless collaboration with the Activations team to align everyone on the overall strategy.
  7. Upsell and cross-sell additional services to enhance client engagement and revenue growth.
  8. Share industry insights and best practices with the marketing team to position the company as a thought leader.
Expected Outcomes & Accountabilities:
  1. Strategic Development: Design and implement effective marketing strategies that meet client goals.
  2. Account Management: Oversee retention marketing programs for multiple brands, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
  3. Client Understanding: Demonstrate a deep understanding of client business needs and translate them into actionable marketing strategies.
  4. Performance Analysis: Analyze and track data to maximize campaign performance and optimize marketing efforts.
  5. Client Communication: Communicate key insights and reports on campaign performance, and plan for future development.
  6. Team Alignment: Ensure clear instructions and alignment with the overall strategy among team members.
  7. Service Expansion: Successfully upsell and cross-sell services, increasing revenue and client engagement.
  8. Thought Leadership: Provide valuable industry insights to enhance the company's reputation as an industry leader.
