Job Overview

At Gartner, we're looking for a seasoned expert to drive strategic initiatives and provide high-level advisory services. As a key member of our team, you'll collaborate with clients to identify business challenges and develop tailored solutions that drive impactful results.

Your portfolio will consist of creating and advising on research, communicating it to clients, and supporting sales in new sales and client retention. Your research will provide actionable insights, predictions, and advice to clients across various industries and roles, including Chief Data and Analytics Officers, Data & Analytics Leaders, and D&A Governance leaders.

About the Role
  • You'll be responsible for driving client demand through thought leadership, covering specified areas while maintaining a broad market view.
  • You'll utilize your experience in related industry disciplines and deep knowledge of specific markets or roles, combining technology and industry expertise.
  • You'll create and deliver high-value presentations and other materials, engaging clients through webinars, in-person meetings, and large-stage presentations.
  • You'll answer client questions via 400-500 interactions annually.
  • You'll assist sales in selling and retention efforts on covered topics.
Requirements
  • 12+ years of experience in D&A Governance, D&A Leadership, or CDAO roles.
  • Significant applicable experience in related industry disciplines and deep knowledge of specific markets.
  • You'll bring a deep understanding of technology and industry, including market, vendor, product, and user strategies.
  • Experience in presenting at events and conferences, performing workshops and briefings.
  • Excellent storytelling skills, articulate communication, and ability to explain complex ideas effectively.
  • Strong writing skills and expertise in Data & Analytics Governance.
