**Job Summary**

Rising Tide Digital, Inc. seeks an experienced Software Delivery Lead to drive the delivery of innovative edge solutions based on WSO2. This role is responsible for designing, developing, and deploying complex applications while ensuring customer satisfaction through consistent use of methodologies and timely delivery execution.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Design and Develop Complex Applications: Design, develop, and deploy complex, scalable, highly available, and reusable applications that meet customer needs.
  • Lead Implementation and Standards: Lead the implementation of suitable solutions and implementation standards for WSO2 projects.
  • Integration Requirements and Team Leadership: Work closely with project managers and architects to understand integration requirements and translate these to junior members of the team. Assign tasks to other developers in the team suitable to their skill level and the complexity of work.
  • Status Updates and Problem Identification: Provide timely status updates to project leadership and highlight problems early to ensure timely delivery execution.
  • Accountability and Ownership: Be proactive, take accountability, and ownership of assigned tasks to meet commitments to clients on time and of quality.
  • Intellectual Property and Knowledge Sharing: Contribute to our Intellectual Property, Project Accelerators & Software development. Demonstrate teamwork by proactively assisting other team members across projects, sharing knowledge, and contributing to team meetings and events.
  • Process Improvement and Code Development: Proactively identify opportunities for improvement across our methodologies, IP, and internal processes/operations. Work independently with the given set of requirements and able to translate them into working code and produce easy-to-read and understandable documentation.
  • Complex System Integration: Develop and deliver code for integrating complex systems that is easy to read, comprehend, and maintain.

Qualifications:

  • WSO2 Experience: Experience in deploying, configuring, and maintaining WSO2 API Manager (open source).
  • API Publishing: Experience in API Publishing using WSO2.

Nice to Have/S:

  • WSO2 Analytics and Integrator: Experience in WSO2 Analytics and WSO2 Integrator.
  • Container Deployment: Experience in deploying WSO2 in LINUX and Containers.
