Job Description

The ideal candidate will lead the reconciliation of accounts receivable, manage collections, support cash flow management, and prepare regular AR aging reports. This role plays a critical part in maintaining accurate financial records and optimizing cash flow.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Accounts Receivable, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
  • Strong understanding of AR processes, collections, and reconciliation.
  • Experience with financial software and ERP systems (QuickBooks, etc.).
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.).
