Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze business requirements and create system specifications.
  • Design and implement effective system solutions that meet defined business needs.
  • Develop, test, and implement modules according to system specifications.
  • Provide user acceptance testing support and execute test plans during development and system testing.
  • Support post-implementation and production for systems, analyzing production problems.
  • Implement program promotions, system installation, training, and tutorials for end users.
  • Maintain and update the Users, Systems, and Operations Manual.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in programming languages like Cobol/Db2, Unix; analysis & design, with testing expertise.
  • At least 5 years of experience in SQL.
  • Strong understanding of Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC) major tasks and deliverables.
  • Familiarity with basic systems analysis and design skills.
  • Proficiency in Office Automation tools like MS Office and Lotus Notes.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if necessary.
