Job Description
BIM Modellers play a pivotal role in the success of our projects. We are seeking an exceptional candidate with expertise in developing and maintaining accurate 3D BIM models for building services.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and create high-quality parametric Revit models and libraries for MEP and other AEC assets.
  • Collaborate with project teams to ensure models align with design intent and construction requirements.
  • Implement BIM workflows and processes to improve project coordination and delivery.
  • Perform clash detection and construction coordination.
  • Prepare architectural or engineering documentation as required.
  • Provide BIM support and guidance to internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements:
  • A minimum of 3+ years of Revit drafting/modeling experience.
  • Proficiency in Autodesk Revit with demonstrated experience in content/family creation.
  • Strong knowledge of MEP, Structural systems, and construction documentation.
  • Familiarity with Australian Building and BIM Standards.
  • Intermediate/advanced skills in Autodesk Revit and associated toolsets.
  • Basic/intermediate Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook).
