Job Title: Structural Design Lead

Overview

The successful candidate will serve as a key member of our structural design team, responsible for ensuring the quality and accuracy of models and executing project plans. This role involves coordinating with clients and participating in continuous improvement activities to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Produce high-quality structural drawings and Revit models that meet industry standards
  • Quality-check own work, project models, and collaborate with other designers to ensure seamless execution
  • Execute complex model geometries and special conditions using advanced techniques
  • Ensure construction documents are accurately modeled and up-to-date
  • Presentation on considerations, use of 3D views, and effective communication with project teams
  • Follow BIM content standards and development procedures
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in structural engineering or a related field
  • Autodesk Certified Professional: Revit for Structural Design certification
  • Minimum 3 years of full-time experience in structural design, preferably mid-sized projects
  • Strong proficiency in Revit, with working knowledge of Tekla, SDS/2, and/or StrucSoft
  • Effective organizational, oral, and written communication skills, with ability to work independently
