Job Summary:

The School Physician serves as the primary healthcare professional responsible for ensuring the health and wellbeing of students and employees within the school setting. This position involves providing immediate medical care, conducting routine check-ups, and developing strategies to promote a healthy environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plans, organizes, and implements guidance and counseling programs to support students' academic and personal development.
  • Conducts orientations for incoming freshmen and transferees, outlining school rules, regulations, and facilities.
  • Facilitates career orientation and entrance examination application processes for fourth-year students.
  • Coordinates admissions and scholarship programs, monitoring students' behavioral and academic performance.
  • Submits regular reports to the School Director on student health and wellbeing.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in psychology or a related field.
  • Registered Guidance Counselor certification.
  • Master's degree holder preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Willingness to work Monday to Wednesday, Friday.
