We are looking for a skilled Administrative Support Professional to join our team. As a Virtual Assistant, you will provide exceptional support to our clients, handling a range of administrative tasks with ease. Responsibilities:
- Manage job bookings and schedules using ServiceM8.
- Communicate with customers via phone, email, or chat.
- Organize calendars, appointments, and reminders for seamless day-to-day operations.
- Assist with quote creation, purchase orders, and invoicing.
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records.
- Handle general administrative tasks such as email management and document preparation.
- Collaborate with field technicians to ensure timely job completion.
- Follow up with clients for payments and feedback.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or Admin Assistant.
- ServiceM8 proficiency is essential.
- Strong administrative and organizational skills.
- Electrical trade industry experience a plus.
- Exceptional communication and technical skills.
- Ability to work independently with high attention to detail.
