Job Description:
  • Prepare and review tax returns for individuals, corporations, trusts, and partnerships.
  • Analyze ATO and ASIC regulations to ensure compliance.
  • Prepare Business Activity Statements (BAS), Goods and Services Tax (GST), and Fringe Benefits Tax (FBT) returns for clients.
  • Conduct tax planning, advisory services, and forecasting to minimize tax liabilities.
  • Review tax reconciliations, financial statements, and general ledgers.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest Australian tax laws and regulations to provide accurate advice.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Chartered Accountant (CA) is highly desirable.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Australian taxation, preferably in a BPO or outsourcing environment.
  • Strong knowledge of Australian tax laws, GST, BAS, and ASIC compliance.
  • Proficiency in accounting software such as Xero, MYOB, QuickBooks, and Excel.
