Key Responsibilities:
- Develop a thorough understanding of job specifications, including required experience, skills, and behavioral competencies.
- Utilize various job portals, search engines, and social media platforms to attract potential candidates and establish open positions within our applicant tracking system.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and develop sourcing strategies, enhancing our pipeline and generating leads for prospects and applicants.
- Conduct preliminary reviews of candidate profiles and initial interviews to evaluate their quality and readiness based on job specifications, ensuring completion of required assessments or tests.
- Communicate effectively with Hiring Managers to endorse qualified candidates for final interviews and facilitate job offers to selected candidates.
Requirements:
- A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent qualification
- At least 1-2 years of experience in talent acquisition from a BPO setup (a plus)
- Strong oral and written communication skills, attention to detail, and teamwork abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook)
- Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills
