We are looking for a Strategic Data Insights Director to join our team and be responsible for accurate data collection, processing, modeling, and analysis. The ideal candidate has a knack for seeing solutions in sprawling data sets and the business mindset to convert insights into strategic opportunities for TaskUs.

The Director will work closely with the Data and Insights Analytics Manager to support and implement high-quality, data-driven decisions. He will use advanced data modeling, predictive modeling, and analytical techniques to interpret key findings from company data and leverage these insights into initiatives that will support business outcomes.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Support cross-functional projects using advanced data modeling and analysis techniques to discover insights that will guide strategic decisions and uncover optimization opportunities
  • Support the build, development, and maintenance of data models, reporting systems, data automation systems, dashboards, and performance metrics that support key business decisions
  • Support analytics projects to extract, manage, and analyze people operations data from Workday, ensuring that deadlines are met
  • Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets to offer insights into potential strategies to enhance our people operations processes further
  • Communicate results and business impacts of insight initiatives for People Operations to stakeholders in the company
  • Ensure accuracy of data and deliverables of reporting employees with comprehensive policies and processes

Do you have what it takes to become a Strategic Data Insights Director? Requirements include at least 2 years of experience with reports and data analysis, working knowledge of data mining principles, background in People Operations/Human Resources Reporting, knowledgeable in Power BI, understanding of analytical concepts and statistical techniques, strong problem-solving, quantitative, and analytical abilities, excellent communication, collaboration, and delegation skills.
