We are seeking driven and passionate individuals to join our team as Financial Wealth Planners or Life Insurance Agents. This role involves lead generation, prospecting clients, creating life insurance proposals, and delivering personalized insurance and investment solutions to help clients work toward their long-term financial goals.

Responsibilities:
  • Generate leads and prospect clients using effective sales strategies
  • Prepare customized life insurance proposals tailored to each client's needs

  • Engage with clients to help them achieve their long-term financial objectives
  • Participate in comprehensive sales and financial management training programs to enhance your skills and knowledge

Requirements:
  • Minimum college level education; fresh graduates and undergraduates welcome
  • At least six months of relevant work experience; prior insurance industry experience not required
  • Sales experience preferred but not necessary; willingness to learn and adapt is essential
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a dynamic team
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills; excellent problem-solving abilities
  • Access to a stable internet connection; iPad, smartphone, or Android tablet for business use
