About the Role
The THOMSON REUTERS CORP PTE LTD - PHILIPPINE BRANCH seeks a skilled Accounts Receivable Analyst I to join their team. As an Accounts Receivable Analyst I, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of accounts receivable records.
You will work closely with the Collections team to investigate errors made on billings or other collection processes, and perform necessary audits to check and reconcile all accounts receivable records.
Additionally, you will prepare reports related to suspension, termination, and/or Third-Party Collection processes, and manually review Suspend and Write-off Reports.
Effective communication skills are essential for this role, as you will need to collaborate with internal groups and send reviewed reports to RPA as per agreed frequency.
To succeed in this position, you must have at least 1 year of working experience in the related field, preferably specializing in Finance – Collections/Accounts Receivable, General/Cost Accounting, or equivalent.
A Bachelor's/College Degree in any field is required, and previous experience in a BPO industry is an advantage.
