Job Description

The role involves assisting in legal research, data compilation, and documentation. The ideal candidate will have strong online research skills, attention to detail, and the ability to analyze complex information.


Responsibilities
  • Search for relevant articles, reports, and documentation
  • Organize findings into clear summaries or reports
  • Ensure accuracy and proper sourcing
  • Support legal-related tasks as assigned
  • Create and edit social media graphics using Canva (or similar tools)
  • Manage WhatsApp communications for legal inquiries and internal coordination
  • Update and maintain CRM records related to legal contacts, cases, and documentation


Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong online research skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to analyze and synthesize complex information
  • Experience with Canva or similar graphic design tools
  • Familiarity with CRM systems for record-keeping and task tracking
  • Strong communication skills for handling written and verbal correspondence


Benefits
