Winona is seeking a skilled Front-end Engineer II to join our team. As a web engineer, you will be responsible for developing and enhancing user-facing applications.

Responsibilities:

  1. Implement and refine user interfaces with a focus on user experience.
  2. Optimize web applications for maximum speed and scalability.
  3. Develop reusable components and libraries.
  4. Ensure applications function correctly across different browsers and devices.
  5. Work closely with backend developers and designers to ensure seamless integration of frontend and backend services.
  6. Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality.

Requirements:

  • 3-4 years of experience in front-end development with a strong understanding of fundamental and advanced web technologies.
  • Expertise in Vue.js (Vue 2 and Vue 3), including modern ecosystem tools and best practices.
  • Strong understanding of responsive design principles and experience with SCSS and Tailwind CSS.
  • Demonstrated ability to optimize web applications for performance, speed, and scalability.
  • Experience in developing reusable and efficient components and libraries.
  • Deep understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues and solutions.
  • Experience with code reviews and maintaining high standards of code quality.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot issues and develop innovative solutions.
  • Familiarity with RESTful APIs and integrating front-end interfaces with back-end services.
  • Understanding of UX/UI principles and best practices.
  • Knowledge of performance testing and debugging practices.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • A continuous learner, eager to stay updated on the latest front-end technologies and best practices.
